Day of Wedding Coordination

Your wedding day is ALL about YOU. Whether it’s managing a timeline, coordinating with vendors, overseeing final details, or putting out fires, it is not your job to deal with any of that on YOUR day. And that is where I come in. My job as your Day of Coordinator is to handle all those details and more, allowing you to have the most fun and relaxed day possible.

Packages and Add ons

Base Package - $1800

  • 12 hours of coverage on Wedding Day

  • 1 hour of coverage for Rehearsal

  • Day of Wedding Schedule Template

  • 1 consultation meeting, 1 additional planning meetings via zoom

  • Free travel within a 20 mile radius of Bellevue WA*

  • Coordinator’s assistant**

*Additional travel accepted at the rate of $0.65/mile
